I'd like to congratulate CSW member Chris. He won a silver medal in the squad category of the painting competition at Dragon Fall 2024.
He painted these minis as a gift for me, and delivered them to me at the convention. He wasn't planning to enter them, but I gently pushed him to do it, and he won a well deserved award!
Next year, maybe we'll see more CSW models in this competition. Perhaps one of you will win the coveted Slayer Axe! (Yes, they do give out an actual axe!)
Congrats to Chris on his silver medal @ Dragon Fall 2024

Thanks everyone! (Sorry, I just saw this post so late randomly perusing the forums! )
It was good getting some random motivation back, and I had a fun time at the convention - a blast hanging out with Josh, Terrence, Matt, and company, as well as playing in some one-off (rpg / mini) games. Conventions really seem to give me that much needed boost.
Josh lent me these Wizkids TF minis (the decepticons and autobots) with the no-pressure request to paint them, and I had them prepped for some time, but needed that spark to finish. I'll add some pics here.

I see what you did there.
They look even better in person. Chris has the touch.
