Howie and I are running big Grimdark Future Games on Saturday and Sunday.

Also, of interest to our club, there are Mordheim demos going all throughout the day on Sunday.

The Room block of $130 rooms at the convention center is sold out (40 bucks more now) but we found $60 rooms at the Motel 6 and it's close enough for a one-day drive-up also.

I'll be there! I had been waffling on going this year, but then the "Learn to play Mordheim" events showed up on the calendar, along with "Learn to play Moonstone," and I really couldn't resist that. Plus, I'm finally getting to take a painting class from Vince Venturella.

I'm going to throw my Robot Legions bag into the car, in case there are some walk-up spots in the Space Apes grinder, and I might bring my Space Weirdos stuff, in hopes of scaring up a pickup game.

I'm heading up tonight. Trying to go up first thing Saturday morning would make for a pretty long day for me. Or, I suppose, just prevent me from staying up stupidly late that night...

Definitely going to bring my robots with me, and I've whipped up a 1000-point list, which is surprisingly hard to do. RL doesn't have as many low-point-cost units as some factions do.
