Hello everyone,
For those of you who have played Full Thrust in past CSW get-togethers, how many points did you use for your fleets? The rule book says 1,500 points for a game. I am reviewing the rules and want to know if I have enough ships or do I need to go to my backlog of miniatures to paint up some more. Did someone have a space gaming mat that was used? Tim and I had discussed playing Full Thrust, who else is interested in playing?
Thank you for your assistance,
Michael

Re: Full Thrust inquiries
Here ar ethe Full Thrust Cross Dimensions rules I mentioned - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing They combine the previous books with FAQs and clarifications. Let's use that so we are all on the same page. I'll see if I can add it to the file section here, or just use that link.
Cross Dimensions seems to have basically disappeared and been replaced by Full Thrust Continuum. That adds an extra hundred pages of optional rules and stuff that I'm not prepared to deal with, but we can look at it and decide if there is anything from it we want to use for future games.
I would say since this is a game we are tying to learn, and we'll probably have four people or so, lets start at 1000 points per person for this game. I can supply a few fleets for folks to borrow.

Re: Full Thrust inquiries
Jon- We'll be playing Full Thrust again, probably at the next session, or some time soon. So, whenever you are able to meet for a gem, that would be cool.
We talked about switching to the Continuum version of full thrust, since it is the currently available fan edit. We'll probably try the 1 page Rules spaceship game some time too.
