May 22 Hobbying/gaming.

Postby Eilif » Sat May 20, 2023 9:44 pm

Edit: looks like I spoke too soon. I'm going to stick with hobbying and am will make my paints and the club bits Library available. The table toppers will not be out but folks are still welcome to do skirmisk or board gaming if they wish.

Haven't gotten any interest in gaming tomorrow. I've done almost no prep for the campaign so I'm going to spend the evening hobbying. Anyone who wishes to join me is welcome to do so.

A bit of hobbying would be lovely! I'll be there.

I didn't see any post about gaming tomorrow which might explain the lack of interest... or possibly I'm just not looking in the right place.

A hobby night works for me. I'll plan to be there barring working late, which has been happening a lot lately.

Sounds good guys. See you tomorrow. We might be joined by Pat via Skype.

The confusion about tomorrow might be that the thread about gaming tomorrow was this one but I changed it to what you now see above.

Hi all,
I know there has been talk of a hobby night, but I am still open for a game if anyone is interested. Just throwing this out, Grimdark Future, SOBH, Necromunda, Blood Bowl, K47, Panzer 8 Sci-fi, I can also bring my Warhammer Quest or Space Hulk games. If not I can do hobby stuff.
Thanks,
Michael

Well if it's on the table, I'd love to play you in a game of Blood Bowl! I can bring my board and kit.

Hey Mattias,
Blood Bowl sounds great. I have the old rules, before the current rewrite version of B.B. If you have the current game I can adapt my team.

The ruleset I know is the Living Rulebook v6 (LRB6). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1R1nBu1-4sIMQkh4KmhU94iuAJ1kA7NJ7/view?usp=sharing

This was the community-supported one from before GW rebooted the game, so sounds like the same one you're used to?

Yes it is. I think it is better than the reboot.

Sounds good guys. I'm going to stick with hobbying but there's plenty of space for blood bowl.
